This month, we have the pleasure of sharing an inspiring bathroom remodel. The project began with a half bath, previously a small powder room that had outdated wallpaper and tile that was replaced years prior. After purchasing the house, the homeowners decided it was time for a significant change and wanted to convert the half bath into a full bath. The challenge? Balancing their desire for a modern take on 70s and 80s-inspired design with concerns about the home's resale value.
Every Home Remodel Begins With a Consultation

These two styles were married beautifully with their choice of multi-colored terrazzo tile that were used on the floors and in their luxurious, new shower. The ‘Millennial Pink’ paint paired with their new tiles makes for the perfect combination of trendy and classic design.

With a big vision in mind, we set to work on expanding the room to accommodate the full bath. This involved intricate behind-the-scenes efforts, such as moving HVAC ductwork and installing new systems to work seamlessly with the wall expansion. As construction progressed, we knew that all the hard work and attention to detail would be worth it the moment our client stepped into her breathtaking 70s-inspired bathroom.
