Amazing Floors!
The owners of this home loved the modern, neutral tones of their upstairs spaces and wanted their basement to match. We located the same style of sinks and faucets they'd used throughout the house to tie these areas together. We added a welcoming wine bar, installed a shower, and built an extra bedroom to make better use of the space on their lowest level.
This project was all about amazing floors! We needed to re-do all the floors in the basement, including the bathroom and the stairs. We chose two variations of luxury vinyl, which is durable and economical. This floor treatment will still look gorgeous after the many years of heavy foot traffic this bright and open space is sure to get.
