What You’ll Do

As the backbone of our administrative operations, you will handle a diverse array of tasks designed to streamline our processes and enhance our efficiency. Your days will be filled with critical responsibilities ranging from financial statement entries and bank transactions to managing our showroom and welcoming clients. You'll play a pivotal role in our project management efforts by ordering and tracking materials, managing inventories, and ensuring our clients are fully engaged through our digital portals.

But that's not all. Your expertise will also extend to permit submissions, handling subcontractor documentation, and even participating in our hiring processes. Your ability to keep our office organized and prepared for every eventuality, including managing tools and ensuring our team has everything they need, will be invaluable.

Who You Are

  • Highly independent, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, including products, installation practices, and accounting principles.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members alike.

  • A problem-solver who can handle both regular and irregular duties with efficiency and accuracy.

Regular Duties Include

  • Financial management (including QBO entries and payroll)

    - Order and inventory management

    - Client service and onboarding

    - Permit and subcontractor documentation management

    - Office organization and administration

Irregular Duties Include

  • Insurance and tax management

  • Collections and licensing updates

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $40,000 to $52,000

  • A stable, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm work schedule
